The KW-2 series condensate sensors are extremely reliable and use conductive technology to detect condensate breakthrough within the sample gas stream thus giving a signal output that can be used to protect the moisture intolerant extractive gas analysers from moisture damage.
Since the KW-2 utilises a high frequency and alternating current it can also detect low conductivity liquids and avoids coating on the measurement electrodes.

The JF-1 series analysis filters are used for separation of dust and contamination in the sample gas stream. Due to the very low dead volume of the filter, a short response time to the analyser can be maintained. The filter is corrosion resistant and suitable for the measurement of SO2 and NO2. Options include various porosity size and material. For example: sintered PTFE or borosilicate bounded glass fiber.

The pre condensate discharge unit is an inexpensive and reliable way to efficiently remove high levels of dirt and moisture from the sample gas stream prior to cooling by JCM or JCT series gas coolers.
The pre-separator discharge unit should be used in conjunction with the JSR25 condensate drain pumps and is an important item in gas streams with very high moisture contents.

The condensate strainer 11-LD provides drainage of liquid from sample gas under pressure. The body and cap are welded together and the drainer is completely made of stainless steel. For the operation is no adjustment needed. The 11-LD is used as substitute of condensate pumps when the sample contains explosion-prone components or when the gas cooler is mounted in Ex-areas.
